No I mean, when I'm locked on traditionally, just pressing attack will always aim at the center of the target. In typical soulslikes I use the target lock situationally, panning around with the mouse normally but then locking when I need to. ![]() Especially with spear like weapons it's hard to hit the target when you have to manually aim every single hit. But for me this is a problem because I do want to use the locked directional inputs. Thanks for the tip! Tried it and yes, it works. With the Mouse, you can simply turn the camera around and hit middle mouse button twice to unlock your previous target and it will pick the nearest target at the center of your screen on the 2nd click. You should disable it anyway since it gives you so much more positional awareness by not having the camera locked in tunnel vision on the enemy.Īlso I think it's just better overall because the lock-on target switching algorithm they use is funky at best, like it doesn't select the closest most target when you expect it to.
